Special Note
A file on preparing the pleated insert for machine smocking is included. Machine smocking may also be done on fabrics such as terry cloth for bibs, tee shot poplin, featherwale cord, towels, and pique that is backed with fusible stabilizer such as madeira eze-fuse or something comparable.
