Chocolate Chip Cookie Softie, In The Hoop - 4x4
Chocolate Chip Cookie Softies are made from wool-blend felt. Felt and fleece work best. Cotton fabric can also be used but the curve around the edge of the cookie won’t be as nice. The cookies can be made into toys for babies and toddlers, or Christmas ornaments by attaching a hanger to the top of the cookie (and maybe a cute holiday bow).
