Hi, and thank you for stopping by to consider my custom digitizing. I have been creating embroidery designs and teaching digitizing since 1999. I enjoy working with you to create a design that expresses your artistic goals, whether it be for your business, your (grand)child’s artwork or your own, your local school sport team, church, or a favorite pet. Hats are a design challenge all by themselves, so I would like to explain why they cost a bit more. When you stitch on a baseball cap, if you just use the regular design, it will push down on the front of the hat and create a big pucker between the bottom of the design and the bill of the cap. If the design constantly stitches from left to right, as with the lettering, it will push the hat out of alignment and shift the design out of place, and this shows up especially with outlining. So...hat designs are created to stitch from the bottom up and from the center outward as much as possible to solve these problems.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A HAT HOOP, I will be glad to do your design as a patch that can then be stitched or glued on your hat. Hat designs are normally 2 inches high, but the patches can be larger.
