SPECIAL NOTE - Because of the density of this design I recommend an extra layer of cutaway stabilizer under your top layer of vinyl.
This design is made completely in the hoop. Sew the design elements out and before the last outline and tab step remove your hoop from the machine and add backing of your choice. I use inexpensive black pleather for a sturdy feel but many people use craft felt, too!
