Designs can be used as a Christmas Coaster and stitched on Christmas Tree Skirt, Table runner or Placement and any other Christmas projects. St.Nicholas is the Patron Saint of Children, sailors, ships, and women desiring marriage. Nicholas had a reputation for secret gift-giving. Feast Day: December 6th in the Julian calendar and December 19th in Gregorian Calendar. The Connection between St.Nicholas and Santa Clause was cemented in the 19th century with the publication of the poem "A Visit From St.Nicholas", better known today as "The night before Christmas".
