This is a quick stitching, sweet set of Resurrection Eggs that you can make to teach your children and grandchildren the story of Jesus during Holy Week and Easter. Each egg is completed in the hoop with just a few minutes of hand stitching to close them up at the end. There are 13 egg designs in this set - you may like making just a dozen to keep in a recycled egg carton or make all of them to have a baker’s dozen. There is an illustrated photo tutorial as well as a Printable PDF with cards that explain the design on each egg so you can walk your child through the events of Holy Week.
Each Egg is 2.3" wide by 3.1" tall and comes out to a little over 2.5" wide and 3.35" tall when stitched up. You may use as much stuffing as you like to shape them. Each design includes a PDF Color Map if you need help choosing colors for each egg but you are always free to use whatever colors you desire to make this set uniquely appropriate to your family.
