The felt veggie softies are fun and simple to make! They are stitched entirely by hand, using a whip stitch around the felt edges and a stem stitch for the mouths. The finished softies are different sizes, ranging from 3” x 3” for the tomato and mushroom, to 2” x 5.5” for the carrot. They are made from scraps of felt. Enlarge or reduce patterns to make the softies different sizes. They would make an adorable hanging mobile. Safety eyes are used for samples – other options for the eyes, are to make them using embroidery, paint or felt.
