ITH Otter Scarf
You choose how long of a scarf you want.
All parts are made in the hoop and sewn to the body by hand. Head is made in one hooping. Legs are make in 1 hooping (2 in 8x8 size) and tail is made in one hooping.
You must have an 8x8, 6x10 or larger sized hoop to make this scarf. Design requires some hand and machine sewing.
