This potholder will add a festive touch to any kitchen. The center of the front of the potholder is appliqued and the border strips are applied in the stitch and flip method. There is a small amount of shadow quilting around the poinsettia. The top loop can be stitched on the sewing machine or a ribbon loop could be used instead. Sewing machine stitching is optional for the loop; no other hand or sewing machine stitching required.
